A COLLECTION OF THE BEST LINKS FROM ACROSS THE WWW THAT DISPLAY THE MOST POSITIVE VALUES OF FAMILY NATURISM. IF YOU HAVE OR KNOW OF A LINK THAT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR THIS SITE PLEASE EMAIL ME AND I WILL ADD IT. THANKS

The Naturist Society (TNS):  We have been member of TNS for nearly ten years now, as we have found their publications (a quarterly magazine) to be particularly useful in finding great places to get naked worldwide.  The Naturist Society is known for their sense of social responsibility, with a serious lobbying component to protect the rights for free beaches and traditionally clothes-free locations.  Their membership is also accepted by many resorts for a discount on rates and accommodations.

American Association for Nudist Recreation

American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR):  The American Association for Nude Recreation is (to my knowledge) the oldest organization representing nudist rights, venues, and activities in the USA.  They regularly publish guides to nudist locations as well as a monthly periodical that provides regularly updated information.  Many clubs and resorts will give you a discount if you are a member of AANR, and thus, a membership can pay for itself in just one or two outings.  Their website provides a wonderful introduction to nude recreation.

West Penn Naturists. WPN, founded in 1981, is a family nudist swim club located in Pittsburgh, Pa. We gather at a well heated indoor pool for swimming, sharing good food, and socializing. Membership is comprised of couples, families, and singles.

P&C TRAVEL PAGES  Of course this is where NFN started. P and C has put together some of the best naturist travel information on the web. His extensive and worldwide travel has proven to be a gateway to some of the world's

 finest locations for nude recreation

www.barebeaches.com

(Bare Beaches):  Primarily a book, not a website.  This new publication is the new world guide to naturist beaches, along with information about several hotels and resorts that either have naturist facilities, or are in close proximity to someplace that does.  We grabbed a copy before our last trip to France, and found several useful tips.  What's more, the book is loaded with beautiful naturist photography, worth the price if only for a coffee table book.  Why is it listed here under links?  Because the authors have opened a website with regular updates and additions to the book.  Another highly useful resource for the discerning naturist.

Capital Area Family NaturistsCAFN

Serving nudists and naturists in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland-Capital Area Family Naturists is a member-run, non-landed, family-oriented club serving nudists and naturists in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for singles, couples and families who enjoy clothing-optional activities.

"So your partner is interested in nudism . . ."   (Travelites):  Nudism from the female perspective in a letter addressed to those who are considering making their first step into social nudism.  The page is sponsored by the Travelites - a non-landed club based in South Carolina.  Well written page with some excellent thoughts on the topic.

NATURISTWORLD.COM:  Mike and Tracy have a great website about their naturist travel experiences, including travel to France, St. Martin, and New England.  In fact, they were featured on the cover of N Magazine in 2004 for their coverage of clothing optional locations on Martha's Vineyard.  Very comprehensive site with lots of excellent links.

ClothesFree International, Inc.

ClothesFree International, Inc.:  One of the best naturist resources on the web.  This group of 'twenty-somethings' has assembled and excellent website including a huge gallery of naturist photos, an extensive forum for all topics related to naturism (and some that are not), and a weekly mpeg video presentation called "Nudes in the News," featuring updates about everything from legislative developments that effect nude recreation, to video footage of people simply having fun in the buff.  The forums are free.  The photo galleries and new clips require an annual membership fee.  Well worth the money in my estimation.  We have also made some great friends via the forum discussions.   Highly recommended.

Joe and Natalie This site is a BLAST! This couple in my opinion have a great attitude towards life. A couple I would love to meet someday, as you browse their site it will become obvious that they have a knack for enjoying life. Just a plain fun site!

www.tarnochtai.com/ This is a website displaying writings and artwork by one of NFN's members Michael of "Michael and Stephanie"- Michael is the author of the book, "The Epiphany of the Body - the Naked Human Body Through the Eyes of the Creator." This is also the website for his publishing company, Tarnochtai Publishing. "Tarnochtai" is the Irish Gaelic word for "naked." According to Michael everything he does, whether it is illustrative, sculptural, or written, is done for the sole purpose of radically changing our culture's viewpoint of nudity, the naked human body and human sexuality (not excluding the sexual members of our bodies). Basically he believes that God created us in his image/likeness, male and female, and that he called this "self-portrait" very good. And that was when we were naked, not clothed.

Loxie & Zoot is a creative outlet for me to depict the fun and freedom of naturism. Overall it's meant to be a bit of fun - a naturist sitcom of sorts - so please view it in this light. Full frontal nudity is depicted in pretty much the way you'll find it treated at naturist resorts and amongst the wider naturist community; as natural and normal and without lewd sensationalism. The many naturist characters featured in this comic are male and female, all shapes, sizes and ages, and I hope you find them realistic, believable and fun to get to know!

This site is for people who would be interested or enjoy doing ordinary activities "in the buff", that is, in the nude!  We advocate the wholesomeness of the human body and the freedom to participate in activities in a non-sexual, nude environment.  In such an environment, one's life can be enhanced to the fullest.

This site hosted by someone I consider a friend. Cyndiann from Florida is a very active nudist and is not afraid of getting involved. Some people feel she is a bit controversial, however she has more information on naturist communities across the web and across the country, than most. Her site while different than NFN, can help you gain knowledge about what is REALLY happening in the real world. Personally I have learned much from her and have nothing but respect for her-Eric
